Extremely well conceived architecture
brings a restraint, beauty and simplicity to
this residential care facility. The quality of
the building lies in the focus on the careful
consideration of the accommodation of the
young adults with disabilities as well as their
carers. Skillful control of natural light and
space is woven into the building’s organisation
and relationship to the adjacent church and
context.
A modest yet elegant approach to an
important facility demonstrates architecture
providing dignity and respect in our
communities.
